I was in the market for a new X5. After getting the "best" quote from other dealers, Lori Asserson gave me the truly best deal of them all. I came to the dealership in the market for a cpo BMW x5. They showed me a few cars in there inventory I narrowed it down to a couple of cars and decided on one. The sales people were extremely helpful, I test drove one and bought it .Elvis was terrific in helping us decide. Prestige is the only BMW dealership I will go to when leasing a new car. I've been to Orange County and Manhattan and have had horrible experiences at both places. Prestige provides outstanding service all the time. They are helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and truly care about their customers. I went back to Prestige because they made me an offer I couldn't refuse with my lease trade-in and they worked tirelessly to get me to where I needed to be. Their customer service is better than ever! I used to service my 328 i x-drive several years ago but followed a service rep to a new place.
