My main reason for rating the dealership this high is the salesman/representative that I met with and handled my purchase from start to delivery. Elvis Valentin met with me and my daughter at my initial visit. He was most helpful in discussing all the aspects of the vehicle I was interested in. Took us for a test drive and did an initial "build my BMW" with me. He gave me unlimited time and did not pressure me. I recently traded in my car at prestige BMW. (2/2016)The staff and Lori Asserson are awesome. They really tried their best to work with me and made my experience once again a pleasure. I have several other BMW locations near my house but I always take the 1hr ride to Ramsey. I purchased my first BMW from Prestige in 2005 where I met for the fist time sales advisor, Lori Asserson. From the moment Lori Asserson introduced herself my husband and i were impressed with her honesty, knowledge and general understanding of the frustrations customers have when purchasing or leasing a car. Her no nonsense straight forward approach totally impressed us. she asked what WE wanted first, what were OUR expectations? Leasing a car should be a hassle-free/stress-free experience! Lori Asserson at Prestige makes the car buying/leasing experience an enjoyable process (which is hard to say for many dealerships!) She is honest, listens to the customer's needs, works the deal out quickly and makes you laugh along the way! I would highly recommend Lori to all family and friends looking for a new car! She's the best!

After being brutalized for the passed three years at Bloomfield BMW, if I wanted to continue my relationship with BMW I had to make a change to another dealership. It was that simple.
