Tim Gallagher was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was impressed by the transfer of the insurance from one vehicle to another, this is something that used to be the responsibility of customer. It is clear that Tim would was willing to go the extra mile. The only downside, was the final paperwork took a long time since it was the end of the month. But even though it was late in the evening by the time we finished, everyone was professional and courteous to end.

Prestige BMW is a great place to buy a new bmw and bring it to get serviced.the people there are so nice,the sales men are really awesome to deal with and the service department is top notch,the mechanics are one of the best I have ever seen.I give A++++++ to everybody at PRESTIGE BMW.

This is the first time I've been to prestige, they came highly recommended by my family, and it was the best decision I made. Lori was amazing and made the process so easy. She knows everything about BMW and is a genuinely good person. If you need to buy a car absolutely call her she's extremely professional and will get you exactly what you need.

I just drove home my new BMW! The car is amazing and Lori is the best. She guided me all along the way and made the whole experience so easy for me. She also took time to explain everything and I never felt rushed. It was such a great experience that I would highly recommend Lori and Prestige to my family and friends. I love Prestige BMW. I just picked up my 4th BMW from Prestige. Although I live in Morristown and other dealerships are much closer, I still make the drive up to Prestige because I respect Lori and the dealership. Lori is absolutely the best to deal with. She is professional, dedicated, thoughtful, customer focused, and made the process easy to go through. I just signed my 5th BMW lease through Prestige BMW. The experience gets better and better. Lori Asserson, with her incredible memory, knows exactly what the customer is looking for and how to find it quickly. Buying a car through Lori is always a positive and fast experience. I am a multiple BMW owner and would never recommend anywhere but Prestige for service! Exceptional and honest, I knew what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way.
