This is the first time I walked into a dealership and felt at home instead of in a butcher shop. Beside the warm welcome by the sales representative, Lori Asserson who was highly recommended, we were treated like part of the BMW family. Lori walked us through what we needed to know to make the right choice among so many choices which made our buying experience a simple one. I loved working with Lori. She was so professional and delightful to work with. I have bought and leased many cars in my lifetime and I can say without a doubt that this was the best experience overall. I didn't have to say a thing bec she knew instinctively what were my issues and fulfilled all my wants and even went beyond what was asked. A great person!

I recently had an excellent service experience at Prestige BMW. Their facility is amazing and immaculate. My service adviser Dany Oliveira was terrific. I was given a brand new loaner car was so impressed as Dany went out of his way to help me and make me comfortable. Thanks Dany!

usually i find the car buying experience sleazy and it makes me want to run away....This place was the opposite...My salesman Tim Gallagher was straightforward, professional, and wasted none of my time...he didnt force me to meet his manager, and his managers manager etc etc!.....i purchased a 2011 bmw 740i....fair price with no BS dealer prep fees or bloated interest rate.....with all the creepy car salesmen out there id definitely recommend Tim if you want to be respected.......The "technology woman" who shows the purchase... read more

Lori Asserson takes the stress and worry out of turning over a new lease. This was my third lease with Lori at BMW and I cant imagine working with anyone else. My schedule is so crazy busy and she worked with me to make it happen. Thank you Lori!!! I highly recommend Prestige and Lori!

I love Lori. She is, hands down, the best car dealer with whom I've interacted since I began buying cars. I have worked with Lori for the past nine years. There is no one else with whom I want to work; I recently drove 1,000 miles just to work with Lori rather than another, more geographically convenient dealership. She is that good. And, working with Lori, has become a family affair -- my sister and two of my nephews have bought cars with Lori's assistance. I am grateful to Lori! I have consistently loved my cars.
