I drove all the way from Brooklyn, N.Y. because of how highly recommended Lori Asserson came. A more attentive, personable, and accommodating sales representative cannot be found. Lori made the purchase of my first BMW very enjoyable and personally walked me through the entire experience. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of every member of Prestige BMW's staff and will be looking forward to future purchases.

After visiting several dealerships I am very happy I went with Prestige BMW. My salesman, Michael Lebron, was terrific and fun to work with. He was professional and focused on meeting my needs rather than making a sale, unlike other encounters. Friendly, accommodating, and patient! I would highly recommend Michael and Prestige for a seamless experience.

Tim was the best sales person that I have met so far, he did everything in his power to get me the car that was best for me. He was patient and flexible. I just got a brand new BMW and the experience working with Rich Ortiz was AWESOME. Great guy to work with, very calm and attentive and make you feel comfortable, also the whole process was painful, i was in and out in about 25 Minutes. I highly would recommend this leadership to anyone who is trying to purchase/lease a vehicle. I love the car and i guess they are right, once you drive a BMW you won't drive anything else. Great job to Rich Ortiz/ Lance for making my experience a great one. Edgar

Just drove home my brand new BMW X1! My experience working with Lori Asserson was amazing! I was so pleased with the process and my beautiful car. Prestige will be my go to dealer from now on. Lori really took care of us like family. Definitely would recommend her to anyone who is looking into a BMW.

I came into BMW for the first time 5 years ago and i worked with Lori Asserson! I couldn't have been more pleased to work with such a wonderful sales associate. She is truly the best. I wanted a new car and couldn't wait to come back and work with her again! I tell everyone that if they want a BMW she is the person they MUST see! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! This was my first experience at Prestige BMW. My experience related to the return of my 2012 BMW and the purchase of my new 2015 BMW can be summed up in one word EXCELLENT!!!!!!.
