Best car buying experience ever. All Team members with whom we dealt, Rocco for sales, Mark for Financing/Business and Kristian for delivery were professional, courteous, helpful and fun to work with. We leased two new vehicles from them within a month of each other with a third due to be consummated later this year. Congrats to Prestige BMW!

From the moment I walked in (did not even have an appointment) Lori welcomed me with open arms. As a first time purchaser Lori took the time out to explain to me the benefits of leasing as well as buying. She gave me different scenarios where one option might benefit me more than the other. We all have horror stories when buying cars. Lori created an experience that was totally opposite that. She knew every feature, every option, and made the process short and painless. It was a pleasure dealing with her, never pressured on extra features, and will be a reason I will keep coming back to her for BMW's. Her follow thru and follow up have been second to none over any other sales associate I have ever interacted with. The Best!

Having already purchased a BMW 650 from this dealership, of course I contacted them when looking for a luxury sedan. Dan Gorelick, my Client Advisor, did a superb job. I was looking for a car in short supply with very specific options. Dan found exactly what I wanted and the negotiated a very competitive lease. Dan was prompt, courteous, and at no time did I feel any pressure. Will definitely be back again the next time around.

Dan helped us with the purchase of our new X5. He helped us pick out the finishes, and options which ended up being perfect, and was able to provide us competitive pricing for exactly the car we wanted. We are very happy with our new car! He also stayed late to accommodate our schedule for the pick up for the car, and helped get us set up with the car! He was easy to work with, and very professional.
