I recently purchased a Lexus lx570 from this dealership the price was excellent. The transaction was very smooth without any problems the sales representative was very responsive with all the paperwork. Once the car arrived I noticed the left mirror had a minor crack on its shell. I called the dealership and discussed the situation with I believe the manager Micheal Morganstein who was very apologetic and promised to solve my problem. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. Without a doubt Lori Asserson is the most knowledgeable sales advisor I have ever known. She knows the product and the client and her advice is always right on target. She is fair and patient and never tries the hard sell. I think of Lori and BMW as a great team.

Purchasing my X1 at Prestige was a pleasure from the first phone call to set up an appointment to the final pick-up of the car. Mr. Frank Salzano, to whom I had been referred by a friend of mine, was patient and helpful as I test-drove and investigated a few different models. After the worst experience of my life trying to lease a car at Planet Honda, my dad and I found Prestige BMW and as soon as I walked through the doors of Prestige, I felt so welcomed. I was looking to lease a car and went to almost every BMW around central & north jersey. Therefore its safe to say that i knew what i wanted as far as the price goes. This dealership had a huge inventory and very motivated sales man. Rocco Chiusano, this guy was the only reason i bought my car from this dealership. He was very helpful and friendly but most importantly he was very motivated to make the sales. Thanks to Rocco now my wife will come to Prestige to lease her next BMW.

I have previously shopped Acura and Infiniti and my experience at Prestige BMW does not compare. At Prestige BMW Dan was amazing. Dan worked with me on a number of BMW's giving me prices and options before we finally closed on my dream car. Dan and his team at Prestige BMW treated me with respect and never pressured me into anything. The whole staff was very friendly and I will drive the hour and a half again to buy another BMW from Prestige BMW without a second thought. Great place to shop & Dan in sales is the man to see!
