"Great Dealership ." The whole working staff was very friendly and helpful. All of them helped me out as much as they can wherever possible and apologized for the slightest inconvenience.
"Fast & Efficient" I have an eight year old X3 and the dreaded "check engine soon" lamp came on. I brought it in and within an hour it was fixed. The seal on the gas cap tore and depressurized the fuel system. In about one hour I got a text saying that the Service was completed. Nice people too! Ended up buying a 2019 X3 too!
"Excellent " This is the fourth car leased with Pedro and every time he has done an excellent job. He was straightforward, timely, and made sure I was happy each time.
"Unexpected Flat Tire" I showed up with a flat tire and the service center took me right away. Tire rim was bent. They ordered the part and it was promptly fixed.
"Knowledgeable, attentive and totally painless" They had the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. My lease return was seamless and they even provided a warm spot to transfer my belongings to my new M3 CS. Sharing the $500 rebate available from BMW CCA was icing on the cake.
"BMW Ramsey NJ Experience" Recently had my 2012 BMW X5 evaluated at the BMW in Ramsey NJ for a overheating engine. My service team assisted me with a loaner vehicle, and quickly assessed the problem. They were a great team, keeping me updated on the repairs took great care of my SUV as if it was their own. Diane was excellent in assisting me through the process. "Service person was extremely helpful" I was just bringing car in to check one little thing out. Service person alerted me that my extended warranty was about to run out and got my brakes taken care of as well as many other items. Saved me a lot of $$. Thank you!
