"New car at BMW of Ramsey " Just got a new 330i at BMW of Ramsey. Excellent treatment, fast and efficient process for a good deal. Sales rep Lori Asserson was great highly recommended
"First class team" From the moment you pull into the state of the art service facility you are greeted by an eager Manager who expedites you to a Service Writer. He/She is your contact and stays on top of your work order. I waited for the car and John, my Service Writer was on top of it all the way. Everyone in this dealership welcomes you. The waiting area is well kept by a very sweet attendant....very comfortable.
"Chose the perfect car for me" The sales process was extremely efficient. Lori knew the exact car I was looking for. Car was ready for pick up at the exact time I was promised.
"Friendly and courteous" Unfortunately, the service took longer than expected due to a part needing to be ordered. Different team members ensured that I was well looked after even during the busy Christmas week.

"Professional Service, customer service at its best" A pleasure to deal with a not so pleasant flat tire. Car towed on a Saturday night and was ready by noon the next working day. Brian was texting me by 8 am advising that car was being worked on, kept me updated every step of the way. I find that customer service is virtually non-existence, however, I was totally impressed with the entire Prestige process. Perhaps Prestige can share their customer service secret with other companies.
