"Very friendly and professional" Everyone that helped me were friendly, professional, courteous, and attentive. Two receptionists/clerks were new there, John was very patient and supportive while explaining to them the step-by-step procedure to register me. I also liked the waiting room, seating arrangement, and its amenities. The TV was way too loud, but I was able to go into the computer/gift-shop room and close the door. Overall, I liked the experience so much better than at the Tenafly BMW Dealership!
