"Service as usual" Kevin accepted me at arrival, despite the fact I was booked with other service assistance, he arranged the paperwork fast and was very caring about my complaints. He has a good sense of humor and the will to go beyond the standard.
"Wonderful experience!" We found a perfect fit for us in the showroom and drove away the next day in comfort and luxury, knowing we have a great team behind us.

"Awesome Experience" Unbelievable experience for a major issue and so well handled. It could have been a very expensive issue however BMW really stepped to the plate on this.
"service" Came in because of the brake light came on. Frank greeted me and took care and patience listening to my problems with my car other than the brakes. My new XR phone would not connect with my car. Frank took the time and tried to connect it. When it couldn't be done, explained why and how I could. He was in touch with me on each and every thing being done and what needed to be done. He was very customer attentive and a pleasure to work with. "Quick and Easy Process" Really an effortless process. Brought my car in the night before for a loaner and picked up my car after work the next day. Everyone was courteous, my paperwork was completed immediately upon my arrival and my car was ready and waiting thereafter. Absolutely no wait! I definitely would recommend this dealership.
"Awesome attention to my concerns" I came in with a very minor issue and thought I would get brushed off, them telling me my car was fine and don’t worry about it. They treated me with all the attention and more. They took the time to take part of the interior apart. And even when they couldn’t see any initial problems they wanted to do more troubleshooting. I could leave the car or make an appt at my convenience. Wasn’t expecting that.
"Frank is the best!" Frank was very helpful getting to the bottom of my issue. Extremely motivated and courteous young man. Was able to get to the bottom of the problem and solve it.
