"Excellent car buying experience " The dealership went through a major overhaul a few years ago and now is where it should be. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. We were quickly paired with a sales person. Daniela was very knowledgeable of the product line and called up a model to test drive. She clearly explained and demonstrated the features and functions. Daniela was also very adept and maneuvering through the computer system and working up the deal. The overall experience was top notch. We were pleased.
"Great service" Brought car in for regular scheduled service. Had loaner car and out the door in about 10 minutes. Car was ready when arrived back for pickup. Out the door again in about 5 minutes.
"Great Client Service" Great all around experience. Could not have been happier. Everyone is personable really listens and goes the extra bit to be sure that your service concerns are met.
"Excellent service with integrity " I recently had an issue with a seatbelt in my X5. The staff- everyone from reception to the manager, Clay Vieni, were so organized and efficient in taking care of this safety issue for my vehicle. I’ve never reviewed the same place twice but this dealership deserves a second 5- star review.
