"Change of run flat tire and other things" The service is always excellent. People are very nice and very well knowledgeable. The mechanic pays a lot of attention to details. "Kevin was Great" I have a 10 year old BMW and Kevin the Service Rep didn't try to scare me into getting more than I needed fixed. I usually get the "you need new tires" BS. And the car was fixed ahead of schedule.

Got me in the night before with minimal fuss, and had car done by 8 AM the following morning, so I could simply pick it up on my way in to work . "Outstanding customer service Frank is wonderful!" Frank was a great guy and VERY helpful with our purchase of our new 7 series .....I would highly recommend this particular dealership and NOT the one SO close to my house because of past experiences with BOTH .....ALL good with Ramsey ....NOT so good in Orange County!! SO with that said we will travel almost an hour away to come back!
"Curtious and Respectful employees at Prestige BMS, Ramsey NJ" Service technicians are knowledgable and repairs are quick. I own a 328D, 3 years old, close to 100,000 miles. The only issue is the O2 sensors, filters clog. They were replaced 4 x when the car was under warranty. This issue has history. It would behove BMW to repair at a discounted cost or no cost. "Diana is terrific " Two cars in turned around one day. Everything perfect. Loaner clean, neat. Friendly service from Diana as always. Service manager out to welcome at drop off unexpected, but appreciated.
