"Excellent customer service" Excellent experience with Cameron. Had a flat tire on the way to work and luckily I was in the area. As I was checking in with Cameron I was getting ready to alter my day and prepared to start my Uber app. However, Cameron said he’d have me out and I’d be able to make it to work on time. This also included an oil change I was due for. The day remained intact, and I did not have to leave my car for the day. Fantastic, and fast emergency service.
"Great (Customer) Service" Service Director, Tony and his Team, Diana, Frank and John really care and provided us 10 Star ?? Service! We switched over from a different dealer after our move and my early pre-visit concerns quickly vanished after speaking with Tony.

"Straight Shooter" Jesus was such a pleasure to deal with. He was very honest, fair and knowledgeable. I have bought and leased several cars over the years and I would say that he was the easiest to deal with out of all the different sales professionals that I have worked with. He made the experience a pleasure and I really felt like he did everything he could to make the experience a pleasure. I would not hesitate to recommend Jesus to anyone looking to buy or lease a car.
"My First Service" I was greeted promptly with a smile and directed to a comfortable work space where I could log into my network and do some work while waiting for my car. I enjoyed a complimentary bagel and coffee. My car was finished as promised and off to work I went. BMW of Ramsey made a normally not enjoyable trip for car service enjoyable.
"Always painless and efficient!" This dealership is hands down the best one in the area. The service center is very helpful, accommodating, and efficient. I've worked with Diana for years and she is awesome. I never have to wait, my loaner car is always ready and pick-up is seamless. I won't go anywhere else!

I have bought several cars of the years and never have I come across a dealership that dedicated one person to help educate me on every option and characteristic of the car.
