"My experience was excellent. Leased a BMW X3" I have dealt with Lori Asserson for a number of years. She is excellent and makes the BMW experience a very enjoyable and easy exercise. She makes purchasing a car very comfortable. Also dealt with a fellow named John but don’t see him listed.
"Cameron is awesome." Cameron was quick and proficient on handling the issues at hand in a very timely manner. Interfaced with multiple departments to solve an intricate DME based concern. Car was delivered ahead of time and in perfect condition.
"Service" Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue and came up with an excellent solution. He found me a loaner car and programed the GPS for my trip home, connecticut and back. He's terrific.
