"Excellent service" The advantage you offer customers should be sticky. By identifying one specific thing that makes your offering special, you leave prospects with an explicit detail worth remembering as they evaluate products from other vendors. Great service
"Routine maintenance " I have bought the X-5 from prestige bmw dealer which recently changed hand with new owner. What I have noticed change in a bigger way where it matters, from ease of setting an appointment to initial greeting at arrival by service advisor as well as active service manager goes a long way to continue my loyalty to this dealer. I would hope servicemen behind closed doors to do same as greeters and service manager did with pride.
"Great Service Experience!" Very efficient, friendly, helpful with a quick turn-around. The loaner car was clean. The communication with the service advisor was wonderful. Overall I was very satisfied.
"Exceptional Service" The lead product genius: Dwayne Wong is remarkable! He took me on a test drive and patiently showed me how to use the technology in my lease 2018 320i. He's very knowledgeable and definitely an asset to the dealership. I left the dealership feeling confident that could use all the technology in my car and the assurance that I could call him if I encountered any problems. I am not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to do so on his behalf because he was exceptional!!!.
"Ultimate Buying Experience" I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jorge when leasing my 2018 320i. I had spoken with him a couple times by phone before coming to the dealership so I anticipated having a pleasurable experience. "Morgan is awesome" Top notch. I have been using this dealership for about ten years now and always a great experience. Morgan is one of the best service advisors I have dealt with.
"Help Made East" Though this issue with my vehicle couldn't be replicated while the service department had my vehicle, the attentiveness of trying to help me replicate my problem was heartfelt. My service technician Chris was extremely patient with me and even when he was off work, he still went in a test drive with me to help figure out what the issue is that i'm having with my 4 series. I can't thank him and the rest of the crew enough. Hopefully soon we can figure out the problem I have and solve it.
