I totally love receiving a video from the tech working on my vehicle who took the time to explain each of my noted concerns and his findings. Very helpful. The only downside is when I returned my loaner vehicle, I was not given clear instructions on what to do or where to go and there was a delay in getting my car, but otherwise, awesome!

We ended up making a deal on a X5 lease and could not be happier. They worked with us on the price until the numbers worked for us. We even had a bad tire which they have agreed to replace with no cost. I was very very happy with Pacific BMW.
