"Service was good. Communication and timing to drop off my..." Service was good. Communication and timing to drop off my loaner and pick up my vehicle could be better. Service advisor is hard to get a hold of and no one else will give me info if my car is ready for pick up. The reason I avoid bringing my car to the dealer if I don’t have to is because I wait so long to pick up my car every time. Last time I waited close to 2 hours. This time I waited 35 mins.

"Maintenance Service visit" Easy to schedule appt. for regular scheduled maintenance. Receptionist was very pleasant over the phone. Service writer was friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was service did not reset my i3's service maintenance schedule, so I had to drive back to the dealer for help. That should have been handled before I left your dealership.

"Very easy to set up and take care of car" I haven't always had great experiences at BMW service centers. Previously I had an engine coil go bad and took the car to another BMW dealer knowing the engine was under warranty but because the engine light was no longer on (despite the fact that I had a photo of the light) the car wasn't fixed. I also had a less than great experience at this BMW dealer with getting brakes done, but this time around the experience was great. Manny in particular was great to work with.
