Beware of this dealership! During the last service appointment, they deactivated my service warning chime on my car. That caused me to miss the following service by 1000 miles. My warranty was then voided and now I owe almost $1000 on the last oil change. Very deceptive.
Total lack of follow up! Terrible
Worse service advisories ever. Terrible communication skills. I had to call to check on my car no courtesy call. Advisor told me my car would be ready Monday when I called they said the part was going to be $17,000. When I declined they said the diagnostic guy was off at 4pm and I could get my car today.. Guess what no call today either and once again when I call nobody is available for me to speak to.. Ridiculous
They have poor customer service. No one even said hello. Most of them are busy playing with their phones. I walked out and bought my X5 somewhere else. Never coming back id rather go somewhere else even for service. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
Just took my car in for service and I left with a screw in my tire. Unfortunately, BMW doesn’t care. So I know what I’ll be doing after the lease is up. Hope other people are watchful on how they are treated and not helped. Let’s see who else needs business.
The worst Dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve owned about 25 vehicles and have purchased about 7 brand new! I had my tow truck waiting so we could find the vehicle at this dealership because they’re prices were outrageous for a simple fix, they told me they couldn’t jump start the vehicle and to charge the battery over night it would be $90. They drive the vehicle down to me and I tell the guy leave it running so I can just drive it to my mechanic! Paid my tow truck driver $20 for his time and drove my car to my mechani... read more

Huge shoutout to the time (this afternoon) when you called me a day late (with no update) on my vehicle status, give me an update about my warranty covered armrest yet somehow forget to check the status on the Check Engine Light, which the reason I brought it in... Then you asked me to bring my loaner in (because the repair was going to take a while) and offered me shuttle service home "in just a few minutes"....45 minutes later... I get an Uber home because of the incompetency of your staff. Real impressed.
