DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! Check Yelp reviews, should have done my research before I waisted my time there... Left the place with extra service warnings lights in my dashboard... Now, I have to take it to a real BMW dealership..

If you have an issue with your Bluetooth and can’t use your phone because the BMW Bluetooth system is malfunctioning, don’t bring it here. Instead they’ll allow me to continue to use a car that isn’t working properly and is a safety issue. Under state laws, we aren’t allowed to use our phones if not on a handsfree device. I went today to try to purchase a bmw 335i that I have been looking on line for many days. I met with Paul Hutchens witch he did not introduce himself or said his name. After inspecting the car I was more interested in it so I asked if I can take it around the block. His response was no that his going to sell it to someone else in the afternoon. I'm not sure if Preowned BMW of San Diego is a part of you, but I had the worst salesman experience ever from Daniel. Now being a prior salesman, I know that you have to make a buck and weed out the people you think you won't make a sale with, but as soon as I entered and asked for a salesman he came out to greet me, and when I told him I was looking at an M4 he questioned when I was looking to buy and when I gave him the answer "within the next week or two." I purchased a BMW from a USAA certified Dealer. I took it directly to BMW of San Diego in Kearny Mesa to verify the vehicle's 150 checkpoint guaranteed inspection. The mechanic came back with a diagnosis of $5,500 worth of needed repairs. I purchased all the parts online & took it to a local mechanic who pointed out 1 x 1 each of the diagnosed repairs were fraudulent. I contacted the customer care center to request my $200 back for the fraudulent diagnosis and they refused. I contacted the BBB. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

Took my car in and they absolutely nothing to it but try to prove me wrong. Car is still making the noises I complained about. Not happy at all! And my car is only 3 months old.

**Update of original review** Updating from a 1-star to a 4-star, I knocked off a star for having to go through BMW North America which in turn contacted the dealership on my behalf and got ahold of a service manager named Will. Will and I mutually agreed that miscommunication was the missing factor here, and I gave them another shot on my girlfriend's 2013 BMW 335i. I received a refund on the labor portion of the work that was not authorized, totally fair that I paid for materials that was put on/in the vehicle. It wasn't a... read more

If you wanna buy a car and plan on spending close to a 1,000 dollars on maintenance 60 days down the road this is your place ! My car even leaked water inside the car. It was a 2011 with 49'000 miles. If you look young get prepared to put up a fight cuz they will try to screw you over to make a profit. But hey the owner drives an i8 he's gotta pay for it somehow !
