Bought a 1 year old mercedes from their used lot the guy couldn't tell me much about the car since it wasn't a bmw, I got a flat recently and took it to a tire specialist and he said the air pump that was supposed to come with the spare was missing along with other things... It was awesome driving on a spare tire that was deflated with my 5 year old and newborn in the back

I don't know who BMW of San Diego thinks they are? I called-in to request an appointment for a simple oil change/service. The service advisor's response was, "If you'd like to drop your vehicle off for a couple days and I DO NOT have a loaner to offer you." So I asked, "It takes 2 days for an oil change?" He said "Well, we've just been really backed-up." I let him know that wasn't gonna work and thanked him for his time. Avoid at all cost...leased a 1 series a while back and when returning the car I learned of a fee to return it, after paying off the lease 6 months early. The sales person is no longer there and nobody will take a moment to help. The fee was never disclosed when I purchased the car. They don't operate in a fully disclosed, good faith environment. This is a fee from BMW Financial Services, not BMW of San Diego or even BMW USA. Charles Davis Service Manager is not educated! Terrible Service! NEVER GO THERE!!
Not impressed. Made reservation, waited an hour after arrival, they said they did not get my name and were walking around looking for former owner. The person I asked to pick me up had to wait as well. I will be curious to see if they call me with status.
