Due to Mikes professionalism, patience, and ability to assists with all questions presented I had a very easy and enjoyable experience purchasing my car. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to family and friends. It's worth mentioning he was very friendly and genuine in his follow up ever after the purchase. Great customer service!

May experience leasing a new BMW was smooth and easy thanks to VP. It was higher then my expectations since I am foreigner expat, new in the country and usually would face a lot of bureocracy to get an lease. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and considerate. In two days I had already my car. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need plus more. Thanks JMK BMW! Keep it up the good work!

Shopping for a car can be overwhelming; especially with the many options offered by BMW. There are so many great products out there but great customer service is truly missing in the car dealership industry. Mr. Lopez was very patient, answered all my questions, and was committed to finding me a car. He wasn’t push, focused on what I needed, and allowed me to think about my options. I'd been looking for a CPO BMW for a few months. Dealt with local dealers in CT and a couple in NJ. Just about fed-up then found a great car (manual transmission, rare color and great options) on the BMW CPO site that was at JMK BMW. I was very wary of fast talking used car dealers but I checked this site and saw JMK's great ratings so I gave them a chance. Glad I did.
