May experience leasing a new BMW was smooth and easy thanks to VP. It was higher then my expectations since I am foreigner expat, new in the country and usually would face a lot of bureocracy to get an lease. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and considerate. Shopping for a car can be overwhelming; especially with the many options offered by BMW. There are so many great products out there but great customer service is truly missing in the car dealership industry. I'd been looking for a CPO BMW for a few months. Dealt with local dealers in CT and a couple in NJ. Just about fed-up then found a great car (manual transmission, rare color and great options) on the BMW CPO site that was at JMK BMW.
