My experience at the JMK BMW was nothing less than exceptional. My dealership representative, VP Patel, was more than helpful. My first visit to the dealership I was greeted by VP with much enthusiasm. I immediately felt comfortable with asking any questions I had about the 3 series. I have been driving BMW for the past decades, dealt with a few dealer ships. I decided to try JMK BMW for a better experience and they did delivered. My overall experience at this dealership was great. John Dwyer was very honest, did not want to play any games and was extremely helpful in identifying what vehicle would be best for me after hearing what I was looking for. The price that we agreed on was great and extremely competitive. I was upside down on my current financed 10 year old BMW and i was going to be hit with a big repair bill as well, Art spend almost an entire week helping me work though the best course of action to cleanly get me out of my loan and car and into a great new 2014 3 Series. I am here at the service dept now & it is my first time. The people here are very nice. They just opened this cafe & Lucy is excellent. It feels warm. I hope the rest of my experience is just as nice!!

I drive an hour and pass 3 other BMW dealers to take my car to JMK. By far the best experience ever, tops Princeton and Open Road. Carlos, Tino and Jocelyn and the rest of the service team is amazing I will continue to go there.

This dealership is the real deal with customer service. From start to finish, they went out of their way to give us true pricing, honest negotiations, were incredibly responsive and consistently courteous. VP was our sales rep and we had a complex family sale/lease situation and he was so patient in working through with us and did the deal entirely via phone/txt/email! Art was very helpful and patient with me. He made buying my first car a very joy able experience. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable. He answered all my questions and was very good overall.
