Our salesman was very knowledge of the BMW X5 product. He was a pleasure to deal with. Anything to program in the car he was happy to accommodate our request. Brent Jackson also show me the same kindness that Mark extended to me. I am so happy with this purchase I will consider a BMW to replace my GMC when the lease is over.
Mark Carvalho's product knowledge and customer service is unmatched. I feel like part of the family at JMK BMW. When my 750 needed repair the JMK service dept was very prompt and courteous.

This is my 2nd new BMW that I have purchased at JMK BMW. The people and the customer service is "WHY" I continue to go back and recommend all of my friends to purchase there as well.
