Our salesman was very knowledge of the BMW X5 product. He was a pleasure to deal with. Anything to program in the car he was happy to accommodate our request. Brent Jackson also show me the same kindness that Mark extended to me. I am so happy with this purchase I will consider a BMW to replace my GMC when the lease is over.

My experience with Mark was definitely one of a kind. Mark gave in depth details about the X3, and made my first purchase smooth and easy. Mark went out of his way to accommodate me on several occasions, due to my work hectic schedule. Mark came in on his day off just to show me how to program the navigation system!
