This place really is a joke. The new ownership has not improved anything as far as I'm concerned. Started off charging me for maintenance and basic mech service even though I bought extended insurance and service warranty. Took over a week for them to track down that I in fact did have a warranty. They did refund most of the charges after they found it. Give this dealer another shot. They've recently changed hands (H&H bought them). Gave a good value for my trade-in and were easy to negotiate with on my purchase. They are currently striving for better customer service, aware of their past reputation. And have people monitoring them to ensure they do so. They also didn't hold their 'certified used' label hostage as some precious holy item like BMW of Lincoln does (and others in the region).
