Chris Langer was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. He followed up professionally as we worked out the logistics of the car purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire product line. I will recommend him to friends. Chad and Otis were great too, very personable

Joe, Brett and Chad are the Dream Team. We drove off with a new 5. Got home, realized it's missing a particular features that are very important to us. Told Joe next day that we're not happy with the car. He asked for us to come by and showed several other options. Basically a lot of back and forth before we finally got to the one we love (with the right price). Never once we felt intimidated/trapped/forced to buy anything. I found Joe and the rest of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I had limited time so Joe was able to help me through email and over the phone prior to the visit to the dealership to finalize everything. Overall very helpful and easy to work with.

I am a previous customer of BMW of Columbia. When I decided to get a new sedan I went back to this dealership. New site off of I-77 near Columbia, beautiful location and dealership. Joe was my new contact and we crafted a "special" M-Series for my needs. They assisted me since the car was a special build, and arranged all of the details. Last Friday I got my car! They were super fast with my oil change and car wash. I enjoyed their new accommodations! Love the folks who work there....very personable. Great experience for anyone just interested in seeing car options, which I did while waiting. Could have stayed longer, but they were finished! So I went on with life
