The team at BMW of Columbia went way overboard with getting us into a new vehicle. We had two cars to trade in, both with negative equity but the guys at the dealership made this happen for us. Because I was led to believe my CPO vehicle had BMW Connect and Sirius radio, the dealership added Sirius for me. Mike Brooks, Service Advisor, was excellent and the one who explained why my vehicle no longer had BMW Connect. Their service department also included a USB connection so that I could listen to my iPhone music. They provided me a vehicle to drive while Sirius and a new antenna were being installed and Mike stayed in touch with me over the three days my car was at the dealership.

Excellent customer service from the entire staff. Jay is very professional and informative. Jay assist me from the beginning until the end of my purchase.
