Hands down the best experience I have ever had NOT JUST within BMW, but any business. Typically, buying a car is a rather trying process. One must be concerned about many details - especially when purchasing a pre-owned car. My good experience at the Columbia, SC BMW dealership began with an understanding secretary and continued with the sales staff (including the finance manager), and service department that listened and surprised me with their attention to my concerns. These guys are the best. My thanks to the GM David Miles, and Jay Johnson and Charles Runyan - who were all awesome. Full disclosure - I am not a big car guy and finding a car was not high on my list of favorite things to do. Spent a lot of the day with Jay, who was my advisor and very knowledgable.
