I gave this site 4 stars because they do not have many BMWs on the yard to be a BMW dealership. However, Jay Johnson was able to find what I was looking for. He was very patient with me and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I enjoyed working with the staff there.
Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jay Demond Johnson was such a breath of fresh air and made the whole buying process pleasant rather than time spent haggling back and forth. I recently had my 2008 BMW in for service. From the moment I drove in, the experience was exemplary. Russell Holt (Service Advisor) was extremely professional and the General Manager David Miles always goes above and beyond. My next BMW will be from BMW of Columbia. I was in the market for another BMW and went into Hancock BMW. I do not like pushy sales peolpe or sales persons that play what I consider to be games. From the moment we walked in the door it was amazing, we told them what we wanted and they immediately found it and ensured the deal was sealed!
