don't believe all the other reviews - they seem fake - common 5 across the board!!! I've purchased a BMW 5 series from these jokers and the sales experience and service have been nothing but underwhelming. Word of warning use another dealer for service and sale.
My 2006 530xit had a break down in South-Western Virginia, BMW Roadside assistance was called as I was covered. Tow truck brought my family and my car to BMW of Charlottesville and then arranged for a rental car back to New York for us. Once the car was ready to be 'reunited' with me, BMW Roadside completely dropped the ball. BMW Roadside said that they would not speak with me directly and only with the dealership currently in pocession of the car. Terrible sales and service namely, Thomas Forget and the supposed manager Peter Provost. I've come to expect very little from there service. Port chester service center is also subpar. My suggestion would be New Country Porsche or Audi up the street - thats where I will be going very soon. Not very impressed by the BMW Brand. I expected more when purchasing a 75k+ car.
