I visited BMW of Greenwich after shopping other brands and other BMW dealerships. In this economy, dealerships seem like vultures when you go into the showroom, clearly they're desperate to sell cars. When I went into BMW of Greenwich, everyone was friendly, I couldn't believe it because this is Greenwich and not what I was expecting. My sales person was very knowledgeable. I have owned many BMWs and have purchased all from Dennis while he was in New Jersey. My family and have have followed him up to greenwich BMW where they continue to give us first class service in all depts.they are extreamly courteous and very helpful and knowledgeable in there service center.I`m always happy to recommend them. the last time I had a tire emergency George Maybury made sure I was taken care of in a very professional manor.

I am forced to give this company a star but in all honesty, it should be zero. The company per se is not at fault but more so the employee. Alex Shkreli, I want you to know that because of my son's experience with you at this dealership we will not be pursuing the option of purchasing a vehicle from this company. I have come twice to the dealership only to return empty handed. The first time the team took no initiative to provide the vehicle I wanted to test drive although all it would have taken was to move one car and get it off the parking lot. The second time not only was the car exterior dirty, but the brakes did not work properly. The fact that the car is offered as part of the BMW CPO program with brakes that do not work made me suspect the entire certification process. Absolutely BAD work , many of the repairs the charged the work was not done or not done correctly[I have invoices] seem they only want to take my money and DAMAGE my car more and charge me for the DAMAGE to my BMW.............I have to replace tires the installed after 8k miles............I have invoice to BMW OF GREENWICH for over $11k and my car still didn't do there work right the first.......I am report there shop to the NYS DMV REPIAR and look forward to bring them to court................

Marc Cannistraci and Chris Smith have ruined my experience at this dealership. They are both rude, inattentive, have zero business etiquette, and lack any enthusiasm. They never promptly follow up or keep you informed. Marc especially has such a bad business persona. He promises you to do things, but he never delivers. So, you simply lose trust in this guy who is supposed to handle the paper work for you when you buy the car. He spent the whole time telling me useless stories instead of explaining the paper work. My experience with BMW of Greenwich was riddled with carelessness from start to finish. Misdiagnosing issues, damaging the body of my car, returning my car with a tail light out and dashboard error light, leaving grease stains on the leather seats, loaning me a car with $1,200 in unpaid parking tickets, and mismanaging expectations all the while. I know BMWs are pretty complicated with a ton of electro-mechanical systems but they may be getting too complicated to service. In November 2014, the trunk lid release system failed. They promptly ordered the part but when they repaired the release in December, they didn't repair the soft close. Took 4 weeks to get another appointment so everything was taken care of by the end of January 2015. My experience in this dealership was fine. Pleasant process to buy the car and trade in my current car. However a pricing adjustment on both cars was arranged to get approved through bank, I was not informed about this adjustment so I went back. As being a young buyer i am poorly informed and very new to this. I review the contract going home and saw this adjustment. Went to the dealer.
