I would like to thank Salesman Bob binette for the best service I had at any BMW dealer ever I live in valley stream and there is at least 5 dealers I could've went to,but I choose to go to GreenwichBMW . He provided me with honesty and excellences. Transition out of my M3-M5 was very smooth no hassle and finance was great ... I highly recommend this dealer to all my friends and family and I'll see you guys in the future Great job!!!

I've been pretty tough on my last couple of BMW Mamaroneck/BMW Greenwich service reviews but my faith has been restored in them. my car was throwing a bunch of battery related errors on Sunday so I made a drop off service appointment for the next day which was Presidents' Day. Super easy to make the appointment. Showed up and Johnathon took the car. I had been Lexus customer for the last 19 years. I loved Lexus and their services. In December 2015, I leased BMW out of sheer curiosity and see how it drives. I could have gone to any BMW dealership in the tristate area. After reading the countless 5 star reviews written about Tom Forte, the choice was easy. Tom lived up to his reputation, and then some. He delivered what he promised, on the date promised. To accommodate my schedule, Tom came to work on his scheduled day off. I thought this type of customer service, was gone forever.
