I am pretty satisfied with the overall experiences at BMW Greenwich. All of the staff members I spoke to were very friendly and our sales person, Tom was very helpful and responsive to our needs and requests.
I worked with Tom on getting my 2014 BMW X1 back in October. He was amazing. I travel a lot for work so most of my communication with him was via e-mail and he responded rapidly and worked with me to get to a price I liked and included the options I wanted. He was friendly and easy to approach. Since the purchase I have emailed him a few times about stuff and he always responds fast and with the info I need. If you are in need of a BMW I would highly recommend Greenwich BMW and Tom Forte
