"Best experience ever!" First time buying from Neal and he FAR exceeded my expectations. Honestly it has been a while since I bought a car so I walked in really defensive. "excellent" When I requested to get an quote on Pricing on 2016 X3, I did not know who I would get for sales person, because I have had really bad experience before, so I got call from SAM, but where I live from it is at least an hour away to go the Knauz BMW, any I went there, met Sam and he was very humble, respectful, not pushing at all, listing to me on every detail what I am looking, and working hard to make sure deal happens. "Great Streamlined Experience with Flexible Sales Staff" After having a BMW sold out form under me at a different dealership and looking across the country and finding many dealer that would not negotiate on clearly inflated prices I can across the 330 xdrive wagon I was looking for at KNAUZ BMW. The sales process was easy and they made a fair deal with me on the vehicle. I would definitely recommend friends and family to use this dealership in the future.

"This is our second lease" This is our second BWM lease from Knauz in three years. Both times we worked with Sam Picchietti who is very knowledgable, friendly and easy to work with. Spencer was great with customizing the car set up for us and Doug took care of all the paperwork very efficiently. Service is always good!

"Best BMW Dealership in Chicago!!!" I just purchased my fourth 7-Series BMW and this was absolutely the best expense of any BMW dealership I made a purchase at My salesman, Sam Picchietti was great, he treated me like a king. Took care of making sure all the little things were done from moving my iPass and garage Door opener, making sure I have good summer and winter floor mats, and introducing me to Brandon Helbig on the Genius team.
