The sales rep who helped me, Yale Kim, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle in question. He was always available for questions via phone and email. There was no pressure at any point, which also made the experience that much better. I would highly recommend him!

I am from out of state and found my 535i x-drive M-sport on the Knaiz web site. After looking over the details of the car I called the dealership and spoke with Marek Gryc. He was very helpful and sent me more information about the car. My wife and I drove in and found the car, staff, and the facility well above my expectations. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We purchase a certified pre-owned 2015 435i x drive convertible in March 2018. Even though the dealership was a bit of a drive for us, the experience was well worth it. We found the car that had the options that we wanted, at a fair price. Salesman Shane Lyons could not have been more helpful. Scott Adduci in finance came up with such a great rate and incentives for us that we financed rather than paying cash. Such a nice experience getting a new lease on my third BMW. No hassle and no waste of my time. Yale Kim is a great Sales Rep who helped me me getting the best deal I wanted. Also Yale Kim is very courteous and accommodating. He made sure I don’t waste my time and did his best I get the best deal available. I really appreciate all the help Yale Kim provided me. I contacted Matt after several of my friends had highly recommended him. I have been in the market to replace my M4 and add another M to our garage so I thought I would listen my friends. Matt Pudlo my sales consultant I would recommend him to my friends n relatives , professional, transparent, knowledgeable,what you agreed won’t change, transaction was smooth and painless , took 30 minuets from signing and go , clean detailed car., one of the nicest person you’ll meet., I’ve tried other dealership before going to knauz bmw., so you know what I mean., so look for him if you want a BMW.
