Overall buying experience stress free and painless! Yale was very easy to work with, no pressure while being very direct throughout the sales process, wish more Sales professionals were like this! Excellent staff of people working at Karl Knauz Motors. Working with Shane, Scott and Jon made the experience of buying our BMW X5 that much better.
