If you are in the market for a BMW, especially an M, ask for Yale at Knauz. He helped me custom order an M3 and kept me informed all the way through the build and delivery process. Very straight forward, professional, no nonsense sales experience.

Dave Benck, my sales representative, was outstanding, along with the entire team that assisted me at Knauz BMW. They were professional, friendly, knowledgable and very accommodating. The showroom is open, modern, clean, plays good music(! ) and presents an inviting atmosphere. There is already an established relationship and I will not hesitate to buy or lease again from Knauz.

Great experience! Great sales rep Shane and Yale. Really knowledgeable sales team helped me find and acquire a nice 535i !!SUPER EXCITED!! Definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and family! If u haven't been here, u definitely should check it out! Very friendly and inviting place!

Overall buying experience stress free and painless! Yale was very easy to work with, no pressure while being very direct throughout the sales process, wish more Sales professionals were like this! After coming in for a test drive, we talked a few days later and was able to negotiate final sales and trade in numbers mainly thru iMessage and emails! Anyone in the market for an M car should definitely consider connecting with Matt Pudlo at Knauz BMW. Matt is one of the top M client advisors in the country and has a plethora of knowledge when it comes to BMW's sports division. Excellent staff of people working at Karl Knauz Motors. Working with Shane, Scott and Jon made the experience of buying our BMW X5 that much better. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional through the whole car buying experience. Would highly recommend the dealership/auto group to those in the market for buying a luxury car.
