Dealing with Knauz BMW employees is like dealing with friends. We went in to purchase a Used X5 and drove it home after just a few hours. This is a friendly, no-pressure environment in which to purchase a vehicle. Jon Jakubco was the Genius who assisted us from walk in through explaining every feature of on X5 and answering all questions with his great in-depth knowledge of the BMW vehicles. Everyone we met and all of the staff who assisted us were extremely friendly. Great experience!

Great experience at Knauz! Shane Lyon was terrific throughout the whole process...from providing details on the car, through negotiations (yes, even the negotiations were a decent/respectful experience), and all the way to delivery. Visited two other BMW dealerships and Knauz had the best price by far. A real first class experience! Would strongly recommend Knauz, and specifically Shane, to anyone looking to buy a new BMW!

We found a car that we were interested from Cargurus online and visited the Knauz dealer office Saturday afternoon, just an hour before the office close. On Sunday, we sent an email with our initial offer to Yale. The following Monday, we get the deal and drive the car back home. Yale was so easy to work with. I came in to look at potential replacements for my 2003 325 xi which was like a part of the family. He asked a few questions then had me sit in about 4 models that would be comparable to my 325. By the time I left Knauz, I had my choices narrowed down to 2 and had a basic understanding of how leasing worked vs. buying. Test drove the following day and leased the X1 the day after that. I was excited enough about the new BMX that I wasn't so sad to say goodbye to my old one. Thanks Yale.
