Rob Caldwell volunteered to go with me for a test drive. He gave me very detailed hands on review of all basic and advanced features of my car. He was extremely polite, nice, patient and courteous. We were shopping for a X1 xDrive. An autobytel.com email linked us to a CPO 2017 X1 xDrive at Knauz BMW. I called Knauz from out of state and client advisor Brock Gordon took my call. I bought the car less than 24 hours later sight-unseen using Brock Gordon as my eyes-and-ears to give the car the thorough white glove inspection inside and out. After researching several 750's online, I found what I was looking for at Knauz BMW. I worked with Marek Gryc . Marek was very professional and made the purchase and trade in of my vehicle very easy. He sent me additional photos and video of the car and it was exactly as described. I drove from Ohio to see the vehicle and finalize the sale. Great experience and beautiful CPO 750. I researched and tested several cars in the X5 category. Working with Knauz BMW and Yale Kim was so refreshing. Many of the dealerships I worked with to test-drive competitor vehicles were so sexist when it came to pricing the lease for the new vehicle. It was frustrating, and wasted my time. Knauz dealerships have professional sales people, and the process is very pleasant. I will likely only purchase from Knauz in the future.

After exchanging a couple of emails with Yale I decided to take a trip to Knauz in Lake Bluff this past Saturday. I am so glad I did. This was my first BMW buying experience and it was a truly enjoyable one! Everyone I interacted with was great and enjoyable to talk with, sharing their knowledge and personal experience with their BMWs. I stumbled across Knauz by chance since it was closer to work. I was looking at pre-owned cars at the lot. Yale Kim approached me and asked if I needed help.
