I recently purchased a certified pre-owned BMW 3 series from Shane. I called ahead to verify they had the car I was interested in, and when we arrived he had it pulled up and waiting for us to check out. This is my fourth BMW purchased at Knauz in Lake Forest. I keep coming back to Knauz for two reasons - great customer service and an excellent service department. Bob Geisheker helped me choose the right car and helped me through the myriad of options available. Once the car arrived, the Genius Bar was very patient helping me through all the new technology that BMW offers in their cars. I don't know which BMW I will buy next but I do know it will be at Knauz BMW. Kudos to the entire team.

I would trade in my vehicles much sooner if I new I'd have the experience We did with Bob Geisheker at Karl Knauz BMW. We spent less than an hour reviewing what I wanted in my new car. Bob kept us in the loop to the status of our vehicle. Once available the closing process took only 30 minutes. Aside from saving us time, Bob (sales) and Scott (finance) found ways to bring down the costs without us asking. They both certainly are customer focus.

All the people, Bob Geisheker, Doug Kamp, and Spencer Parker, that helped me in the process of buying my BMW were professional, helpful, and friendly.
