We have bought multiple vehicles from Knauz through the years at both dealerships and did expect a good experience. I have also come to expect an excellent produce and knowledgeable sales staff. I had been unhappily driving a BMW 428 X drive convertible (leased from a different BMW dealership-NOT Knauz)-a very basic stripped down model which I hated. I had a very unique circumstance. Which I thought I would probably get turned away or would have gotten the cold shoulder we can't help you deal. I was shocked and so happy I came into Knauz !!! We were at the dealership last weekend and purchased a BMW X3 and had a wonderful customer service experience. Shane Lyon was our sales agent and he was very friendly and walked us through all the paper work and completed the deal. Douglas Kamp provided a complete demo of the technology and useful tips on operating the X3. Scott from finance walked us through the financial numbers and was a great help. We have always owned BMW but this is our first purchase from Knauz BMW. I must say that this by far was my best experience buying a car. Bob Geisheker was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used BMW with 100 miles, go to Knauz. The car was ready for the test drive, the dealership is modern and friendly and the follow up from Bob was outstanding. This was my 7th BMW purchase and when I need a new or certified BMW this will be the only dealership I will go to.
