I had a great experience buying my X3 from Kanuz. I worked predominately with Yale Kim on the sales side and he was great. Spencer, the genius, helped answer all my questions and was great to work with.

I've had 5 prior 5-Series sedans. This Sixth one, a 2017 540i x-Drive I just took delivery of from Bob Geisheker involved the smoothest overall process from ordering thru delivery. I couldn't be any happier with my recent purchase at Knauz BMW. Over the years, we have purchased both Mercedes and BMW from Knauz. With the purchase of my 2017-540i their an initial issue, which Bob and the dealership handled in an exemplary way, which why we continue to use Knauz over other competing dealerships.

I've used Knauz for servicing my 2013 528xi under the maintenance plan for past 3 years and have found them to be very professional and quick/expedient on service. Most of the time, I've gotten a nicer loaner than my own car which actually triggered my next move to buy an 2017 X5. Yale Kim helped me figure out what I wanted. I considered so many cars and went to so many dealerships and to Knauz 3 times before finally getting the right car. I kept going back to Knauz because of their professionalism, friendliness, and the low-pressure buying experience. Yale Kim was awesome - he was professional, knowledgeable, and PATIENT. He doesn't resort to the hard sell. He admitted when did didn't know something, then went and found the answers. He also obviously loves cars. Great experience!
