The service advisor Adam Voinovich was courteous ask me what he can do for my BMW X5 . I told him just oil change . He check the vehicle everything was ok with my engine oil since I just drove low miles about 1,000 miles and show me how to check if the service minder don't show up . Also Shane Lyon salesman ask me and my lady if anything I need for help cause I'm looking for BMW X5 50i I see in the internet I was curious to see what is the difference . Bob Geisheker was fantastic. He explained things about our BMW car with passion not just to make a sell. He was honest and would definitely recommend him to anyone. Doug was great to work with for our loan there was no pressure and he explained everything to us about financing our car! Brandon did a good job being our BMW Genius. With a little more experience and taking his time he will be one of their best go to guys! DEFINETLY will make the 4 hour drive again just for the great service!

This was my 2nd purchase at Knauz BMW. Again, a great experience with the customer service. Rolly Davidson was my sales/client advisor for the 2nd time. There are other BMW dealerships closer to my home, yet I travel 50 miles to Knauz because of Rolly's excellent customer service!He knows it!
