I would never take my BMW anywhere else. The service team is outstanding. Always on time and courteous. Loaners are great. Ask for Rich McCoy, he is the best!

I have had owned BMW's my entire life, and have been getting my vehicles serviced at P&W for the past 5 years or so. The employees are all very friendly and professional, when speaking with any one of them, I feel as if I am their one and only customer. Multiple times, people have gone out of their way to accomodate for my needs, and continue to impress me with each visit. I'm happy with the quality of work, and will continue to stick with P&W for service in the future.
On my recent appointment at P&W to service my 2000 BMW 323Ci I could not have been more satisfied. I have always liked their service department, but something was different this time. The service rep that handled my appointment, Nate Whetzel, could not have been more professional and helpful. All my expectations were met and exceeded. I lived in Pittsburgh for nine years, moving to New Jersey in July 2012. For much of that period, Max Moser was my service rep. He was great. Professional, knowledgeable, yet friendly and extremely trustworthy. I recommend him and P&W service unreservedly. I bought my latest BMW -- a 2004 330ci - from Fred Rongier. My appointment for service for my BMW is always very easy to get. They come and pick up my car at my work site and deliver it the following day. The service is always done correctly to my specifications and my car is always returned clean. What a luxury!
