Being that I'm in the market for a new car, I thought I'd stop in and check out your inventory. Typically, going to a car dealership frightens me because of the "salesman pressure" one sometimes receives. I spoke with Mr. Ofcky concerning my interests, and he patiently worked with me and answered all of my questions without pressuring me to immediately buy. It's one of the few times I've actually felt comfortable at a car dealership, so many thanks!

I had an issue with my 2004 Z4. Mike Gillespie was able negotiate a satisfactory resolution with BMW for getting the problem corrected for a more than fair cost to me. I was very happy with the effort Mr. Gillespie made to see that I was satisfied and I appreciated his honesty and professionalism in dealing with me. From the moment I walked through the doors I knew I was going to purchase a car from this dealership. Everyone was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and not pushy like some other dealerships I had been to. Neil was very friendly, and very helpful with my purchase. A wonderful dealership that knows how to take care of customers. My sales person Glenn took special care and found me the exact pre owned vehicle I was looking for. I will purchase from Glenn and BMW of Schererville in the future!

This purchase was our 4th purchase with Glenn, but our first BMW from BMW of Schererville. We were very pleased with the ambiance of the dealership, and as usual, Glenn made things go very smoothly, which was good, because we are very busy, and getting us together to make a business transaction is always complicated. All in all a very pleasant experience-and we love our new little hot rod-it's a big change from the Japanese iron we were used to!!

We were traveling from Chicago and still 200 miles from home when our tire went flat. We made it to Schererville BMW after poor support from BMW's Roadside Assistance service. The tire we needed was back ordered but Kristy went out of her way to help us find the most cost effective solution. She dealt with BMW to get reimbursement for the tire since we had insurance. My husband just bought an X5 last night. The service was outstanding! Mr. Guidotti made the processes very easy and quick! And everyone there is not "pushy" at all. They even washed my car:) We will definitely trade in my car there when it's time. I love how BMW handles everything!!! Their prices are also very reasonable. If you are looking around for a car, definitely stop by at BMW of Schererville, you will have an outstanding experience!
