Tommy did a wonderful job and was very helpful! He was very accommodating and the team worked out a wonderful deal for me. The deal was so great that I travelled from Peoria, IL and we were able to finalize everything in a few short hours. I had a VERY RARE occurrence, a defective third light lens on my BMW. As soon as I showed it to service advisor Kristy Murphy she insisted it be taken care of right now. I did have the time. Technician Jim LaVignt did an out standing repair on my BMW. I feel the need to say Thank you Mike Gillespie for haeving such a GREAT ! ! ! Staff.
Easy to work with, got a great deal. The car needed a new tire, the dealer gave me a new set with no questions asked. Great service and hospitality.

My spouse usually takes our cars in for servicing so while I was not sure what to excpect - I truly was not disappointed. In fact while other dealerships talk about their customer service, BMW of Scherrerville delivers...exceptional service!
