I have been a customer of this dealership for many years and they continue to impress me with their excellent customer service. Paul made sure that everything I requested was done in a very timely manner. The needed part was ordered and installed on the same day, which gave me back my car a day earlier than expected. I have also dealt with Kristy Murphy several times in the past and she is as thorough and pleasant as Paul Harding. I would not consider letting any other dealership service my BMWs. My 2009 X5 which originally came from this dealership was towed here for service, bad fuel pump. Kristy was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. She phoned me several times to keep me abreast of the repair progress. She also aranged for me to get a loaner car which i really appreciated. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and curtious.
The service staff is always professional. Kudos to Paul who scored major points with my wife, who thinks the hoopla of luxury cars is overrated. After sharing with him that I was spending the day with my wife to celebrate her birthday; he walked us to the car and handed her a BMW teddy bear. It is still sitting on display in our bedroom. Such a nice touch. Sure you can find an alternative mode of transportation, but the treatment and pride of ownership of a BMW is par none.
