This dealership was great because we had all the figures worked out before we even stepped in the dealership. We were in and out of there in less than an hour and that to me is so great because I feel like when I go buy a new car I'm there all day. Great service, great employees at the dealership. I have sent several of my family members to them.
I was driving by one of the best looking car dealerships I had ever saw. Understanding that it was a BMW dealership I thought it was supposed to look this way. I would refer BMW of Schereville to anyone looking for a bmw. Justin Stubblefield is by far the best salesman we have had the pleasure of dealing with. They dont pressure you into purchasing. They even will let us take the car home and come back later to buy it. Which was really helpful in our decision making.
I was lost when I entered your dealer, and I think Chris noticed it right away. He was extremely informative and broke it down for me so I was understanding to what was going on. Now most people I've dealt with in dealerships talked way too fast in an attempt to "upsell" by sneaking things past me. Not Chris. He broke it down slowly and clearly and got the sale based on his knowledge, kindness and personable additude.
