We unfortunately did not buy our BMW here but have had to deal with both service and parts quite a few times. Paul in service is always so helpful and truly goes out of his way. Also Chris in parts is also amazing. He is always helpful and if he doesn't have an answer he makes sure he gets one for you. They have both made having to repair our car a little easier to take. They both need to be rewarded for a job well done and above and beyond!
When we decided it was time for a new vehicle we drove just about everything, including a BMW. Glenn Green was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the X3 we were interested in. I shopped at 6 different dealerships for a new vehicle to lease and this place was straightforward and the most aggressive to pursue my business from the onset. Even better, they got creative at the end and found a way to buyout the last several months of my current lease and save me thousands extra that it would have cost to turn in my old vehicle. I won't think twice about where I go next time if I get another BMW.
