neil was very informative and pleasant. i would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. i was very interested in the x3 . he gave me all the information that i needed.
I live 100 miles away from the Dealership. Glen was willing to meet me to pick up my car and have it serviced. He went out of his way on his own time to get this set up. He also noticed a vibration in the wheel as he was driving it to the service center and had them fix it also. I really appreciate his service and would highly recommend Glen and the dealership.

The man I spoke with was very well spoken and educated. He made sure things got done rather swiftly. I'm proud of the quick transaction. Neil was a great client advisor!! he showed me everything there was to know abot my 750li. very knowledgeable about the 7 series line. All the dealership employees were friendly. I would recomend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used bmw.
The service that I received from BMW of Schereville was excellent. However the young lady at the cashier department was having a bad day, but once I started talking to her. Her attitude changed, and she express she was waiting for vacation. Neil was a perfect saleman, he was friendly, patience, and went out of his way to accommodate me.
