Thanks Stevens Creek BMW Before I came to Stevens Creek BMW, I was rejected by other BMW dealers to do a recall on my X5 because it is a Canadian car. I had very comfortable experience to have it done in Stevens Creek BMW. The guy Ken is very nice and friendly. Recommend this dealer.

Great selection of cars, competitive prices I am quite happy with the purchase but I felt that the follow up customer service can improve. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle which needed some touch up and minor repairs. After several visits and multiple calls and constant prodding, I got most of it done but not all. I feel that I had to keep pushing the issue and even then I only got partial success.

Great service Brought my car in for service. The experience was smooth. Julie Pearson, a service advisor was great and very informative. She text and called the status when the car will be ready. I highly recommend working with her.

Ramp up customer experiences from good to great My service advisor is friendly and has great knowledge on the BMW car. Maintenance service is on time and my advisor promptly called when the service is done. However, the general service area attendance needs to be more customer focus. When I went to pickup my car at around 5:55, couple attendances saw me stopped at the service line, but both of them ignore me and decided to move the parked cars to the back ready for the close rather then helping me.
